Academy of Dance Taranaki is a progressive dance studio that upholds a high standard and prioritises quality continuous dance training. Our team at the studio is dedicated to their craft and undergoes various certifications and training to ensure they deliver exceptional dance education.
We are proud to be certified by the Asia Pacific Dance Association (APDA), offering internationally recognised programs such as JazzAddict, Urban Ignition, Lucidity, La Beaute Ballet, Tap Evolution, and Encore Theatre Dance.
Additionally, we prioritise the safety and development of our students by implementing industry-related practices, including Acrobatic Arts Certification, Progressive Ballet Training (PBT), RAD Ballet, The Godfrey Method and other dance education techniques.
Sonia is also fully certified for Child Protection for Out of School Care Providers (OSCAR), through Safeguarding Children New Zealand.
