Tēnā koutou katoa, Ko Neive Davison tōku ingoa, nō te maunga o Taranaki, nō te awa o Manaia, nō ngā iwi o Ngaruahine, Ngāti Ruanui, Ngāti Rangi, nā rātou au i tukua mai i ngā tūpuna o Tupaia, Ngati Tu, Ngāti Tui-o-Nuku, Te Hapu, nā te waka o Aotea au i āhe.

Neive has been part of the Academy of Dance Taranaki whānau since the age of seven, beginning her training in Ballet before extending her repertoire to include Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop. Over the years she has grown into a confident and versatile performer, competing successfully as both a soloist and as a valued member of AOD’s senior Hip Hop crews, Mega Jazz Troupe and Contemporary troupe, Neive is also a recipient of a PACANZ Nomination as a Jazz soloist in 2025 NYPA awards.

Passionate about sharing her love of dance, Neive brings dedication, warmth and reliability to her role as a student teacher. She finds joy in supporting younger dancers to develop their confidence and skills, and she is excited to continue exploring choreography, performance, and teaching as part of her dance journey with AOD.
