Strength and Conditioning

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) programs are designed to strengthen dancers from the inside out. These specialised classes focus on core stability, strength, alignment, flexibility, and injury prevention, giving students the tools to move with greater control and confidence. By building strong technical foundations, DanceCore and PBT help dancers of all styles reach their full potential in both training and performance.

Missed a Class?
Make-Up Options Available
Please email us to inform us of your child’s absence, your child can make up a missed lesson in ANY class of a similar level of genre that they are not currently enrolled in during the same term. Make up classes cannot be carried over into the following term.
