Kate Francis - Drama Tutor

Kate Francis is an experienced drama educator with an extensive background in performance, education, and creative development. Her early career included work with Soho Theatre, Bush Theatre, the Edinburgh Festival, and British independent film in the UK, giving her a strong foundation in professional performance and storytelling.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Communications and Public Relations and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary and Primary Drama and Media), and is also VITA Certified. Her teaching is deeply influenced by her belief in drama as a powerful tool for building confidence, connection, and emotional awareness.

She specialises in improvisation and process drama, using inquiry-based methods that allow students to explore real-world themes through roleplay and collaborative storytelling. As a certified somatic practitioner, Kate integrates techniques that support emotional regulation, embodied confidence, and authentic self-expression.

Kate is passionate about preparing young people for the future, believing that creativity, communication, and emotional intelligence are essential life skills. Her classes provide a safe, engaging environment where students can grow not only as performers, but as confident and thoughtful individuals.

Jessica Davies - Drama Tutor

Jessica Davies is a dedicated and encouraging drama teacher with a strong foundation in both performance and dance. She holds a Diploma in Performing Arts (Double Major in Drama and Dance) from Excel School of Performing Arts, where she developed her skills in acting, movement, and stage performance.

Jessica brings a warm, supportive teaching style that helps students feel confident and secure as they develop their skills. She has a natural ability to connect with young people and is particularly skilled at working with students who are building confidence or new to drama.

Her classes focus on expression, communication, teamwork, and stage presence, giving students the tools to perform with clarity and confidence. Jessica is passionate about helping students discover their voice, take creative risks, and enjoy the process of performance.
