Cool, Calm and Confident – Lets kick start our 2023 year with tools for how to overcome anxiety, make new friends, recognise good choices and make tough decisions. We use Dance, Crafts, and Chats to deep dive into these priceless skills for our tweens and teens. Facilitated by Miss Tori, MSc Psychology, who has years of experience connecting with this age group and the credentials to back our program.

Hip Hop Dance Workshop for all those interested to learn some fresh moves, get more confident or just try something new! Suitable for our current students as well as new students looking to try out classes at AOD.

Disco Dance Fever is the coolest Half Day Dance Program for your kids holidays! Led by Dance Professionals learn all the old skool hip hop moves to tunes by Run DMC, fresh new Jazz moves and throw in some extra flare with our Disco and Musical Theatre numbers from famous 80’s Movies Saturday Night Fever, Xanadu and Fame.

BALLET Workshop for Preschool and Primary age group children. Exposing our little ballerinas to the classic fairytales with music from all their favourite stories. Every child who signs up gets a lovely tutu to wear and keep!

ACRO Workshop for Preschool and Primary age group children. This workshop is beginner level intro to acro for kids who want to learn tumbling rolls, cartwheels, basic headstand technique and focus on core strength and flexibility. Fun games and music throughout the class.
